If they really are as bad as everyone sez they may not have the skill / tools to do the turbo work on the Z at all - i would ask for them to be sent back if is was you. However if that is not a option : If there turbos are smoking soon after they are installed i would hazzard a guess at there work on the Cores is not upto scrath - you should be able to get brand new cores from garrett for about 200 quid over here - some of that you will make back as they wil have less to do - maybe ring and ask if they can use New Cores instead of reconditioning your ones - also make sure they can prove they have new ones - it might seem like a bit more money but offset that against the cost / time of the install.
